Snake arms while intro music plays

Starting Right foot, Egyptian Walk forward 4 steps and back 4 steps. Arms: right hand extends, left hand at your temple, switching as you walk so when one foot steps forward the hand extends. Hand matches foot as go forward with each step: Right foot and Right hand, then Left foot and Left hand.

Maba Starting with right foot, step forward/backward four times, Left hand up, right arm swishing imaginary veil

Pause, then repate Maba with left foot forward/backward four times, Right hand up, arms as above

Bouncing Hip Circles, 4 circles – counter-clockwise with 4 heel-bounces per circle:  arms open wide at your side, starting on the left side

Four Hip drops, bouncing your hip facing the front Left front corner of the room. Left hand is held high, right hand moves forward and back in a figure-8 pattern. Then turn to face front-right corner and do Four Hip drops bounces with left hip. Right hand is up, left hand moves in a figure 8.

16 Tummy contractions, facing the audience, hands together over your head

Shimmy

Repeat: Egyptian Walk forward 4 steps and back 4 steps-Right foot leads with right hand as above

Four Maba steps: Beginner: Face Front.

Advanced: turn 90 degrees with each step: First Mamba facing the Left side of the room, then turn to face back of the room, then turn to face right side of the room, then face front

Repeat Bouncing Hip Circles, 4 circles with 4 beats per circle:  arms at open at your sides,  start on left

Repeat Four Hip drops, facing front-left corner as above, hands doing figure 8 movements

Repeat Four Hip drops, facing front-right corner as above, hands doing figure 8 movements.

Repeat 16 Tummy contractions, facing the audience, hands together over your head

Repeat Hip Figure 8s

Chest slides going right and then left, followed by 2 hip circles

Repeat Bouncing Hip Circles, 4 circles with 4 beats per circle:  arms at your side as above

Repeat Shimmy

Repeat Four Hip drops, facing front-left corner as above, hands doing figure 8 movements
